Responsibilities
- Deliver attentive, personalised table service throughout each dining experience
- Present and explain our seasonal menus, tasting courses, and wine pairings
- Anticipate guest needs and resolve any concerns discreetly and professionally
- Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams for seamless service flow
- Maintain deep knowledge of menu ingredients, allergens, and preparation methods
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in upscale or fine-dining service
- Polished interpersonal and communication skills
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- TIPS or responsible alcohol service certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Passion for South Asian cuisine and culture is a strong plus
